Junior Compounder, Taste

Responsibilities

• Support production operations, including basic equipment/tank cleaning, material handling, and packing
• Assist with tank charging, compounding, and in-process checks under supervision
• Operate HMI systems and production equipment following training
• Perform packing tasks and move materials using PIVs (training and licensing provided)
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, GMP, and internal quality standards
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and support basic equipment maintenance (6S)
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities and tasks assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Secondary, ITE, or Diploma in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline
• Basic understanding of GMP manufacturing processes
• Basic computer proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Physically able to handle loads of up to 25kg independently
• Available to work weekends, public holidays, or night shifts if required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with basic English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in chemical, food, or pharmaceutical industries
• Knowledge of common process instrumentation
• Experience with SAP
• Valid Forklift or Reach Truck license
