Junior Compounder, Scent

Responsibilities

• Support production operations, including basic equipment cleaning and material handling
• Assist with tank charging, blending, and in-process checks under supervision
• Operate HMI systems and production equipment following training
• Perform packing tasks and move materials using PIVs (training and licensing provided)
• Follow SOPs to ensure safety, efficiency, and product quality
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and support basic equipment maintenance (6S & AM)
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities and tasks assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Secondary / ITE / Diploma in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline
• Basic understanding of GMP manufacturing processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Physically able to handle loads of up to 25kg independently
• Basic English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in chemical, food, pharmaceutical, or R&D environments
• Knowledge of common process instrumentation
• Experience with SAP
• Valid Forklift or Reach Truck license
