Junior Compounder, Flavors

Responsibilities

• Support production operations, including basic equipment/tank cleaning, material handling, and packing
• Assist with tank charging, compounding, and in-process checks under supervision
• Operate HMI systems and production equipment following training
• Perform packing tasks and move materials using PIVs (training and licensing provided)
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, GMP, and internal quality standards
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and support basic equipment maintenance (6S)
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities and complete tasks assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Secondary / ITE / Diploma in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline
• Basic understanding of GMP manufacturing processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Physically able to handle loads of up to 25kg independently
• Available to work weekends, public holidays, or night shifts if required
• Basic English communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in chemical, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Knowledge of common process instrumentation
• Experience using SAP
• Valid Forklift or Reach Truck license
