Junior Communications Officer

Responsibilities

• Write and edit content for the intranet, magazine, and social media in both English and French
• Track monthly audience engagement and update the editorial calendar
• Provide support for page owners and manage internal communication channels
• Support the organization of internal events, including annual conventions, webcasts, and ACT FOR ALL Day
• Prepare communication campaign materials such as videos, posters, and presentations
• Handle reporting and follow-up for various communication projects

Requirements

• Currently completing a Master's Degree in Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or an equivalent field
• Excellent written and spoken language skills in both English and French
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Reliable, flexible, autonomous, and possessing strong interpersonal skills
• A curious mindset and a willingness to learn about the automotive industry

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience (internship or trainee role) within a Communication department or agency
• Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with video editing
