Junior Communications Officer

Responsibilities

• Write and edit content for internal channels in both English and French
• Manage the editorial calendar and monitor monthly audience engagement
• Maintain the intranet back office using SharePoint technology
• Assist in organizing internal events such as annual conventions and webcasts
• Prepare communication supports including videos, posters, and presentations
• Support the deployment of global communication campaigns and report on results

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous internship experience in a communication department or agency
• Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work autonomously in an international environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with video editing
• Valid driver's license (Permis B)
