Junior Commercial Finance Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as a key business partner to the MD, Head of Finance, and Department Heads to support the performance agenda and revenue streams
• Track performance against financial plans, including NSV, OP, and Cash, while managing associated risks and opportunities
• Support monthly forecasting cycles and provide decision support through commercial modeling and scenario planning
• Drive commercial acumen across the site by helping teams understand external influences and trends
• Manage cost efficiency and productivity agendas, including RGM and indirect cost management
• Support finance control teams with month-end accruals, reconciliations, and stock-taking/asset verification
• Maintain a strong controls and compliance environment, ensuring adherence to all mandated requirements

Requirements

• Part or recently qualified accountant (ACCA or CIMA studies)
• Strong commercial and numerical acumen with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in intermediate/advanced Excel and PowerBI tools
• Proven ability in financial analysis and managing senior stakeholders
• Experience working in fast-paced, complex, or matrixed environments
• Ability to build genuine professional relationships based on trust and respect
