Junior Commercial Execution Consultant

Responsibilities

• Ensure product availability and organize shelves to keep products within consumer reach
• Eliminate virtual stock errors during store visits by ensuring system adjustments
• Implement marketing materials such as shelf strips and displays to increase brand visibility
• Identify product shortages (out-of-stock) and take corrective actions to eliminate them
• Improve product turnover by ensuring items are not confined or placed out of reach
• Act as a consultant for retail stores, applying knowledge to optimize product visibility

Requirements

• High school diploma completed
• Previous experience in the commercial area, specifically in merchandising or external sales
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Availability to work in the South Zone of Rio de Janeiro (Copacabana and Ipanema)
• Proactive profile with strong communication and interpersonal skills
