About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the operational build and delivery of customer experience (CX) toolboxes.
- Define project scopes and create briefs based on strategic direction.
- Populate toolboxes with approved strategy, content, guidance, and execution details.
- Handle queries from markets and eCommerce leads and conduct onboarding sessions.
- Collect, structure, and consolidate market feedback to support decision-making.
- Audit market executions and review live pages against toolbox guidance.
- Support the setup of A/B tests, campaigns, and personalization assets.
- Coordinate with UX, development teams, and agencies to ensure cross-channel alignment.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of professional experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to translate strategy into actionable documentation.
- Proven stakeholder management capability.
- Basic analytical skills for data consolidation and ad hoc analysis.
- Familiarity with digital CX, eCommerce, or UX principles.
- Proactive communication skills and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
