Junior Commerce Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational build and delivery of customer experience (CX) toolboxes.
• Define project scopes and create briefs based on strategic direction.
• Populate toolboxes with approved strategy, content, guidance, and execution details.
• Handle queries from markets and eCommerce leads and conduct onboarding sessions.
• Collect, structure, and consolidate market feedback to support decision-making.
• Audit market executions and review live pages against toolbox guidance.
• Support the setup of A/B tests, campaigns, and personalization assets.
• Coordinate with UX, development teams, and agencies to ensure cross-channel alignment.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of professional experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to translate strategy into actionable documentation.
• Proven stakeholder management capability.
• Basic analytical skills for data consolidation and ad hoc analysis.
• Familiarity with digital CX, eCommerce, or UX principles.
• Proactive communication skills and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
