Junior Club Manager Animator

Responsibilities

• Welcome and supervise adolescent hotel guests (12–17 years old)
• Animate and manage the Junior Club space in a friendly and dynamic atmosphere
• Design and propose age-appropriate activities including games, challenges, tournaments, sports, and creative animations
• Create group dynamics and encourage interaction between adolescents
• Ensure the safety and well-being of young guests in compliance with hotel standards
• Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized space
• Represent the image and values of Hôtel Barrière Le Majestic

Requirements

• BAFA or equivalent diploma
• Experience working with adolescents (12–17 years old)
• Dynamic, creative, and proactive personality
• Ability to lead and animate groups of teenagers
• Autonomous and responsible
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation and attitude suitable for a luxury environment
• Fluency in English (essential for international clientele)
