About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a reliable contact person for existing customers and interested parties via phone or email
- Coordinate with relevant departments and partners to resolve complex inquiries
- Escalate requests to Tier 2 support when necessary
- Ensure customer satisfaction and actively strengthen customer loyalty
- Continuously expand financial expertise through internal training and initiative
- Use customer feedback to identify potential improvements in products and internal processes
Requirements
- Initial experience in customer contact (career changers and graduates welcome)
- Strong customer orientation and ability to work in a team
- Friendly, positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset
- Very good German skills (minimum C1)
- Good English skills (minimum B2)
