Junior Client Portfolio Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 300 corporate clients trading via the EBO platform
• Provide daily operational and trading assistance to ensure seamless client experiences
• Act as a brand ambassador, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to upsell products
• Resolve client issues proactively and coordinate with internal departments to find solutions
• Monitor client business activity and FX needs to ensure Ebury remains their primary trading platform
• Execute live currency trade bookings and manage high-value/volume payments with high accuracy

Requirements

• Knowledge of Foreign Exchange (FX) markets
• Strong numerical skills and comfort dealing with exchange rates and profit margins
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail regarding banking and payment data

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or client servicing
• A strong interest in FinTech and currency markets
• Experience working in a busy, client-facing environment with significant workload peaks
