Junior Client Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the energy and gas supplier change procedure for retail customers
• Perform operational handling of the ENDUR (ETRM) system, including REMIT transaction reporting
• Supervise correspondence with Operators and Sellers, managing priorities and deadlines
• Coordinate with Operators regarding General Distribution Agreements (GUD) and documentation
• Report on task statuses and prepare summaries
• Participate in CRM system testing, including executing test scenarios and reporting bugs

Requirements

• Higher education (completed or in progress)
• Communicative English
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional communication style for email correspondence

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the energy industry
• Previous administrative or operational experience
• Experience with data processing or reporting
