Responsibilities

• Provide support in document management and monthly monitoring of construction progress to ensure quality standards and project deadlines are met
• Draft technical reports and project documentation to ensure each construction phase is recorded with precision and transparency
• Manage direct contact and procedures with city councils and other public entities to expedite licenses and administrative processes
• Combine office work with site visits to verify that planning is correctly executed on the ground

Requirements

• University degree, Technical Engineering, Vocational Training (FP), or similar (e.g., Civil Engineering, Building, Technical Architecture, Geography)
• Residence in Figueres or surrounding areas
• Availability to start in September 2026
• Proactive attitude and desire to learn
