Junior Civil Engineer - Quality

Responsibilities

• Perform technical and graphic analysis of road and rail infrastructure documents and projects
• Execute quality management activities including document control, reviews, and approval workflows
• Monitor compliance of internal quality processes from document creation to client delivery
• Support coordination between multidisciplinary teams, internal areas, and clients
• Develop and monitor performance indicators, management reports, and process controls
• Participate in the creation, implementation, and maintenance of quality procedures and standards
• Conduct internal quality audits for project development and operational control
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, process management, and information governance

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering field with infrastructure experience
• Experience in quality, projects, or document management within engineering companies
• Knowledge of road and rail infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with engineering technical standards
• Knowledge of regulatory bodies such as ANTT, ARTESP, DNIT, and DER
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Power BI for data and indicator analysis
• Document management and technical information control skills
