Responsibilities
- Deliver culinary training to trainees in continuing and professional qualification programs
- Ensure teaching follows defined pedagogical programs and objectives
- Supervise kitchen production, controlling quantities, meal plans, and quality of output
- Guarantee hygiene and safety standards through rigorous application of HACCP procedures
- Lead masterclasses and implement effective pedagogical methods to optimize the learner experience
Requirements
- Diploma in culinary arts or hospitality (CAP, BEP, Bac Pro, BTS, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Chef or Sous-Chef
- Full fluency in French; English proficiency is considered an asset
- Mastery of HACCP hygiene and safety standards
- Valid driver's license
- Strong organizational skills, rigor, and ability to work in a team
