About the role

Responsibilities

  • Translate 2D concepts and reference images into 3D character models
  • Build high-poly and low-poly models meeting artistic and technical expectations
  • Create clean, animation-ready meshes following deformation guidelines
  • Model clothing, props, accessories, and modular assets
  • Unwrap models and produce efficient UV layouts
  • Texture assets using physically based rendering workflows in Substance Painter
  • Optimize assets to meet performance and technical requirements
  • Apply feedback from experienced artists to refine asset quality
  • Follow team tools, workflows, and pipeline standards

Requirements

  • Portfolio showcasing 3D character work, including anatomy and texturing
  • Understanding of human anatomy, proportions, and facial structure
  • Knowledge of clothing construction, fabric behavior, and folds
  • Working level proficiency in ZBrush, Maya, Substance Painter, and Marmoset Toolbag
  • Ability to match a defined artistic style
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to accept feedback
