About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in assigned categories based on current market trends
- Manage and maintain optimal product catalogs based on market and internal performance
- Design and update optimal display strategies and planograms to improve the customer shopping experience
- Coordinate communication with point-of-sale operations to ensure execution of category display strategies
- Monitor and evaluate category performance by generating scorecards to facilitate data-driven decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, Economics, Actuarial Science, Market Intelligence, or Industrial Engineering
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, or Category Management (CATMAN)
- Experience in the Retail or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industries
- Proficiency in English (80%)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with a preference for knowledge of Macros
- Proven experience in creating scorecards and analyzing sales, profitability, and product rotation
- Strong data analysis skills using both internal and external information sources
