Junior Cash Application

Responsibilities

• Accurately process and apply customer payments within the Accounts Receivable area
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
• Support daily bank reconciliations, month-end closing, and reporting activities
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and banks to resolve payment discrepancies
• Maintain accurate financial records

Requirements

• Technical, technologist, or professional degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
• Basic understanding of GAAP and bank reconciliation processes
• Two years of experience in accounting, finance, or accounts receivable preferred
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle or BOSS is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
