Junior Buyer - Technical

Responsibilities

• Procure goods and services in accordance with Alpine Racing Purchasing Rules
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and provide key updates to the Procurement Manager
• Support the sourcing process, including issuing RFQs, raising purchase orders, and issuing free-issue components
• Progress-chase open purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and accurate receipt of goods
• Resolve invoice queries and manage purchase orders for external processing requirements
• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and best practices
• Support value creation and operational efficiency in line with established KPIs and SLAs

Requirements

• Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft AX preferred)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to be clear, concise, and confident
• Good numeracy skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
• A proactive, resilient, and "can-do" attitude with a strong sense of ownership
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the business
