Responsibilities

• Continue continuous improvement and change management missions
• Implement purchasing and supply chain performance indicators linked to specific projects
• Optimize supply chain management for a SPHEREA Group project
• Support the construction of a transverse group purchasing function through change management, team support, communication, and process implementation

Requirements

• Bac +4/5 degree in Purchasing or Supply Chain
• Strong interpersonal skills for internal and external interaction
• Methodical mindset and ability to drive change
• Proficiency in Excel for KPI implementation and monitoring

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in mechanical (machining, sheet metal) and electronic (PCB, components) procurement domains
