Responsibilities

• Use data analytical tools to analyze sales data and product performance
• Create and maintain a balanced product portfolio based on market trends
• Evaluate new product opportunities and conduct product testing
• Research and identify potential suppliers
• Cultivate and maintain supplier relationships and negotiate pricing
• Conduct market research through online research and store visits
• Collaborate with visual merchandising to create planograms using Quant Retail

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, merchandising, or a related field
• 3-5 years of retail buying or planning experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Passion for pets and understanding of industry trends
