Junior Business Service Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized attention to corporate and government accounts to ensure retention and growth.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by meeting established service and quality standards.
• Coordinate with support areas such as credit and collections, product, and call centers to resolve client requests.
• Conduct monthly on-site visits to all assigned clients in the portfolio.
• Maintain 24/7 availability to address urgent client requirements.
• Analyze client service usage patterns to propose profitable retention and long-term relationship strategies.
• Develop competitive B2B proposals to increase client revenue and meet established objectives.
• Prospect new clients to close sales and contribute to the growth of the B2B segment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (candidates/pasantes are welcome).
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Customer Service or B2B Sales.
• Previous experience in the Telecommunications industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Full availability for 24/7 client support.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales and customer service within the telecommunications sector.
• Degree in International Relations, Communication, or Engineering.
