Junior Business Partner - People and Culture

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of human resources management policy for selected managers, specifically in recruitment, onboarding, development, and employee assessment
• Collaborate with managers on current HR processes and support daily team management activities
• Assist in implementing HR tools and solutions to meet business needs
• Ensure HR processes comply with labor law, internal policies, and organizational values
• Prepare HR reports and analyses and monitor key personnel indicators
• Participate in employee development, engagement building, and employee experience initiatives
• Contribute to HR projects and the implementation of new initiatives

Requirements

• Experience in a similar position
• Practical knowledge of recruitment processes
• Good knowledge of labor law regulations
• Ability to build positive relationships and communicate effectively with employees and managers
• Ability to identify needs and propose practical solutions with support from experienced HRBPs
• Strong organizational skills, independence, and initiative
• Communicative English proficiency
• Higher education or currently studying
