Junior Business & Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, model workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes.
• Query, cleanse, and integrate multi-source datasets to design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI.
• Assist in developing and maintaining web-based components, forms, and interfaces.
• Support QA testing, risk documentation, and basic software troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate project logs and technical documentation.
• Adapt to and utilize enterprise platforms such as Informatica, SQL Server, and Snowflake.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree (or Technical Institute Certificate) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of IT experience in computer systems, support, or data/business analysis.
• Proficiency in extracting, cleaning, transforming, and interpreting large datasets.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Visual Studio, and SQL Server Management Studio.
• Basic understanding of relational databases and the ability to write SQL queries.
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Must currently reside in the Tallahassee, FL area (no relocation provided).
