Responsibilities
- Own Amazon channels and oversee P&L to drive growth and profitability
- Leverage DNVB and DTC models to drive brand growth
- Apply ecommerce best practices and advanced pricing strategies
- Develop and execute 360-degree digital brand strategies across Owned, Earned, and Paid channels
- Partner with cross-functional teams to manage digital products and site experiences
- Optimize customer acquisition, retention, and traffic
- Brief design, content, and UX/UI teams for high-performing assets
- Manage a project pipeline of immediate wins and long-term strategic initiatives
- Leverage company-sanctioned AI tools to augment daily tasks
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in E-commerce brand management or marketing
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations
- Experience in P&L management or strong business acumen
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced, high-ambition environment
- Early AI adopter with an interest in automated workflows
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with subscription-based product models
- Technical fluency and a drive for continuous upskilling in AI and automation
