Junior Biomedical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medical equipment including patient monitors, imaging systems, and ventilators.
• Perform preventive maintenance and utilize diagnostic test equipment to ensure all devices function within required parameters.
• Repair medical equipment by analyzing malfunctions using electronic schematics and manufacturer technical literature.
• Identify faulty circuits or components and manage the ordering and replacement of parts.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the biomedical asset management software system, including work orders and historical data.
• Assist the clinical team with training and orientation on the proper utilization of medical devices.
• Support the assessment and procurement process for new medical equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering.
• Must be a UAE National.
