Junior Banking Services Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support trade lifecycle operations across securities, treasury, and transaction management
• Assist in Anti-Financial Crime activities including AML and fraud detection
• Contribute to fund accounting, derivatives, and risk reporting tasks
• Execute client lifecycle management including KYC, CDD, and risk assessment
• Perform data governance, remediation, and analysis using Excel and SQL

Requirements

• 2.2 or above degree in Law, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• Genuine interest in Banking and Financial Markets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Permission to work in Poland by the start of employment

• Experience working collaboratively in teams
• Awareness of regulations, risk, and compliance concepts
