Junior Banker – Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support deal teams and country leadership with pitch book preparation, transaction execution, and general country-level reporting.
• Coordinate seamlessly among deal team members, product partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in gaining, managing, and maintaining client relationships to generate new revenue opportunities.
• Assess and document credit requests and discuss clients' capital structure, risk management, and strategic M&A initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong credit and financial modeling skills.
• Knowledge of Corporate and/or Investment Banking products.
• Excellent problem-solving and detail-oriented analytical capabilities.
• Fluency in both Japanese and English (oral and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• High level of motivation, integrity, and ability to work effectively in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Corporate Banking or Investment Banking with a strong corporate finance/credit background.
• Previous participation in a formal banking analyst training program.
