Junior B2B Teleprospector

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via telephone, email, and LinkedIn to identify and target B2B decision-makers
• Qualify prospect needs, including consumption profiles, current contracts, and upcoming deadlines
• Schedule qualified appointments for field consultants to fuel the sales pipeline
• Ensure structured transmission of opportunities and seamless handovers to the sales team
• Maintain rigorous updates and follow-ups within the CRM system
• Collaborate closely with the sales and administrative teams

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bac+2 to Bac+5 program in commerce, sales, marketing, or commercial management
• Excellent telephone skills and active listening abilities
• Strong persuasive communication skills to engage with demanding decision-makers
• Highly organized with a result-oriented mindset and perseverance
• Proficiency with CRM tools and attention to detail in data tracking
