Junior Associate/Associate – Data Steward (Reltio MDM)

Responsibilities

• Own the integrity of CRM and MDM data by standardizing, cleansing, and de-duplicating records
• Manage Customer Data Change Requests (DCR) ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and compliance rules
• Perform data verification and enrichment by contacting requesters for informational updates and proof
• Maintain alignment between CRM and MDM systems and monitor data flow for accuracy
• Process GDPR-related requests and ensure all data handling aligns with regulatory and privacy compliance standards
• Conduct daily maintenance, resolve data issues, and perform peer audits to strengthen data quality standards
• Contribute to automation initiatives to streamline recurring data quality tasks and reporting

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in a similar data stewardship or data management role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid knowledge of databases, database concepts, and SQL
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Basic project management skills with high attention to detail
• Experience with issue/ticket management tools such as JIRA or ServiceNow

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to MDM tools and systems such as Reltio, Informatica, or Veeva
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Qlik or PowerBI
• Knowledge of industry-specific data such as OneKey, Veeva Open Data, or Definitive Healthcare data
