Junior Associate

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a team environment to support production, business, and other processes
• Follow standard procedures to complete tasks of varying scope, sequence, and complexity
• Identify and solve moderately routine problems within the manufacturing workflow
• Complete assignments with moderate supervision using established procedures
• Ensure all work is reviewed for accuracy, quality, and strict adherence to standards
• Manage personal time and professional development while remaining accountable for results

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated ability to be Change Agile with a track record of driving continuous improvement
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Solid understanding of manufacturing procedures, techniques, tools, materials, and equipment
• Ability to prioritize workflows based on available resources

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Experience with API process operations in an automated environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a structured environment
• Experience in maintaining accurate and comprehensive records
• Familiarity with common AI tools and a curiosity for enhancing productivity through technology
