Junior Associate Attorney, Workers' Compensation

Responsibilities

• Manage a docket of workers' compensation cases through resolution
• Prepare clients for depositions, attend depositions, and handle invoicing
• Respond to client inquiries requiring attorney negotiations and move matters toward resolution
• Provide direction and guidance to paralegals and support staff as needed
• Participate in team events and contribute feedback to improve client service

Requirements

• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with doctors' depositions preferred
• Newly barred attorneys are encouraged to apply
