About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a docket of workers' compensation cases to resolution
- Prepare clients for and attend depositions; handle invoicing
- Respond to client inquiries requiring attorney negotiations and move matters toward resolution
- Provide direction and guidance to non-attorneys and support staff
- Participate in team events and provide feedback to management
Requirements
- Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Excellent writing, verbal communication, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with doctors' depositions
