Junior Asset Manager

Responsibilities

• Gradual assumption of responsibility for an assigned real estate portfolio and its long-term development
• Financial management of the portfolio, including budgeting, investment planning, and performance evaluation
• Data analysis to identify opportunities for increasing portfolio value and efficiency
• Collaboration on investment projects and evaluating their benefits
• Cross-functional cooperation with Sustainability, Property & Facility Management, Project Management, Finance, and Data Analytics teams
• Involvement in activities focused on sustainability, energy savings, and long-term property value
• Regular reporting and data-driven decision support for the portfolio
• Completion of the international Asset Management Academy

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance, investment, audit, data analysis, real estate, or property management
• University degree in economics, engineering, or a similar field is an advantage
• Strong interest in building a long-term career in asset management
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to work with data
• Experience with Power BI or other analytical tools is an advantage
• Fluency in Czech and English (minimum B2 level)
• Analytical mindset with strong structural and connection-finding skills
• Valid Group B driver's license
