Junior Asset Management Legal Counsel

Responsibilities

• Create and modify French and Luxembourgish UCIs, including drafting and updating legal and regulatory documentation (prospectus, DIC, statutes/management regulations)
• Monitor product lifecycles, including mergers, liquidations, and transfers
• Ensure compliance with regulatory evolutions, particularly in responsible investment
• Draft, review, and update contracts related to UCIs and asset management activities (advisory agreements, management agreements, distribution contracts)
• Register and maintain UCI passports in the EU and Switzerland
• Support the preparation of periodic reports in coordination with auditors
• Update and formalize internal procedures
• Manage the dissemination of regulatory documents across websites and platforms

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in financial markets law or business law with a finance specialization
• Initial experience as a legal counsel within an asset management company
• Good knowledge of the asset management environment and investment funds (UCITS, FCPE, FIVG, and FPS)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and synthesis skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Mastery of Microsoft Office suite
