Junior Art Director

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Art Directors and Copywriters to develop innovative ideas for memorable campaigns and engaging activations
• Work on multi-channel projects including social, digital, content creation, and immersive experiences
• Create layouts, moodboards, compelling visuals, and prototypes to ensure aesthetic consistency
• Develop strategic thinking skills regarding concepts, strategic insights, and visual storytelling

Requirements

• Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow
• Deep interest in visual culture, including art, design, advertising, fashion, and pop culture
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects) on MacOS
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
• A portfolio (academic or personal) demonstrating creative approach and aesthetic vision
