Junior Art Director

Responsibilities

• Support the conceptualization and visual execution of campaigns for digital and offline formats
• Collaborate with senior art directors, copywriters, and strategists to ensure creative vision
• Design, adapt, and scale graphic materials while maintaining visual consistency
• Participate in ideation sessions with fresh perspectives and innovative visual solutions
• Prepare and review final files for production with technical precision
• Stay updated on design trends, visual culture, and new technological tools
• Iterate designs based on feedback with agility and problem-solving focus

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in graphic design, art direction, or similar roles
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Familiarity with collaborative tools like Figma
• Strong portfolio demonstrating typography, visual composition, and graphic communication skills
• Advanced English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications or courses in digital design, motion graphics, or AI applied to design
