Junior Art Director

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute visual proposals for digital platforms and traditional media
• Collaborate with copy, strategy, and production teams to ensure design meets project objectives
• Adapt graphic lines while maintaining visual consistency and brand quality standards
• Participate in ideation sessions to provide fresh and innovative creative solutions
• Prepare and organize final files for digital production or printing

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in art direction, graphic design, or related creative roles
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Knowledge of Figma and digital design tools
• Understanding of composition, typography, and color theory
• Comprehension of digital formats including social media, banners, and email marketing
• Advanced English proficiency (indispensable)

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Digital Design, Art Direction, Motion Graphics, or Visual Communication
