Junior Architectural Designer

Responsibilities

• Prepare client, builder, fabricator, and installer-facing documentation and drawings from Schematic Design through Product Procurement and Installation
• Perform regulatory research and create digital site models using advanced site scanning technology
• Develop processes for leveraging emerging technology to streamline the fabrication of custom cabinetry
• Create compelling imagery for marketing and client visualization/specification selection processes
• Work as a member of the Creative Team to support the firm’s design, fabrication, and marketing goals

Requirements

• Professional degree in Architecture
• 1-5 years of professional architecture work experience
• Proficiency in SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficiency with rendering software

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Lumion rendering software
• Experience with LayOut, Mozaik, and Revit
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and graphic)
• Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
