Junior Architectural Designer

Responsibilities

• Perform basic architectural and engineering calculations
• Prepare specifications, reports, and related data tables
• Maintain liaison with design and drafting groups
• Prepare, review, and approve drawings as required
• Execute technical assignments of moderate complexity under the direction of a Supervising Architect
• Coordinate technical and administrative activities with other disciplines and departments

Requirements

• Bachelor of Architecture degree plus 2 years of related experience (or equivalent education/experience)
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is essential
• Ability to support design visions and complex multi-layered design solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture
• 5 years of experience as an Architect or Architectural Designer across various building types
• Ability to become a licensed architect in the future
• Experience with Adobe Suite, Enscape, Rhino, and SketchUp
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
