Junior Architect

Responsibilities

• Report to the Senior Architect within the Supervision Team to oversee architectural aspects of a major airport terminal expansion.
• Conduct site inspections of contractor works to verify compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and design intent.
• Respond to RFIs, review shop drawings, and address design-related issues on-site.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary consulting teams to resolve technical and interface issues.
• Monitor contractor performance to ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations and client requirements.
• Support project documentation, coordination meetings, and progress reporting activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience specifically in airport projects.
• Proven experience in Project Supervision for large-scale and complex infrastructure or building projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other relevant drafting/design software.
• Professional working proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently resolve site-related issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on projects within the GCC region.
• Ability to mobilize at short notice.
