Junior Architect

Responsibilities

• Create precise execution plans and construction details for interior design and architecture projects in existing buildings
• Translate client briefings into a cohesive design language
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, standards, and technical guidelines
• Optimize constructions considering sustainability, functionality, and economic efficiency
• Support project management and the team through technical expertise and engagement

Requirements

• Degree in architecture or a related field
• At least 1-2 years of professional experience in Germany
• Proficiency in execution and detail planning, specifically for existing buildings
• Familiarity with construction processes, planning processes, and local regulations
• Very good knowledge of ArchiCad (2D + 3D)
• Experience with BIM is an advantage
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
