Junior Architect

Responsibilities

• Check projects from beginning to end to ensure they meet design, quality, and client specifications
• Collaborate with other professionals and engineering disciplines
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, timing, and budget
• Resolve problems and issues arising during construction
• Consult with clients and engineers to determine functional and spatial requirements
• Direct colleagues in preparing drawings and specification documents
• Integrate engineering elements into a unified design

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in planning and design
• Proficiency with Revit
• Ability to coordinate multiple design disciplines
• Effective English communication skills for client and management interaction
• Proactive, independent, and self-motivated mentality
• Willingness to travel
