Junior Analyst, Investor Relations

Responsibilities

• Support investor meetings, roadshow preparation, and follow-up logistics
• Track investor pipeline databases and capital formation metrics
• Assist with investor due diligence processes and DDQ coordination
• Support the preparation of quarterly LP reporting packages and data compilation
• Assist with capital call and distribution communications
• Help coordinate Investor AGM logistics and materials
• Develop and maintain databases tracking LP preferences and fund performance
• Conduct market research on healthcare investment trends and competitor activity
• Respond to routine investor inquiries and administrative requests

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate (within 2 years) in finance, economics, business administration or related discipline
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Genuine interest in private equity, institutional investment and healthcare
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• High initiative and intellectual curiosity
• Ability to work effectively across a diverse team
