Junior Analyst, GSS Commissions Direct Billing

Responsibilities

• Support the processing of accurate and timely direct billing, GDS internet billing, and travel agent commissions.
• Manage travel agent commissions via ONYX, including validating program configurations and reconciling accounts.
• Handle commission payment inquiries by validating discrepancies and coordinating with Accounts Payable.
• Execute direct billing tasks including invoice creation, distribution, posting, and reconciliation.
• Support GDS Internet connectivity billing activities to ensure correct rating and posting.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for all billing and commission activities in accordance with control requirements.
• Collaborate with AR, Collections, and IT teams to resolve issues affecting invoicing and data accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Billing or Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish to support cross-regional operations.
• Foundational knowledge of billing, commission calculation rules, and GDS connectivity billing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a Shared Service Center or the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency using ERP systems, ticketing systems, or CRM tools.
• Understanding of internal control, audit, and documentation standards.
