Junior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day financial activities including payments, account reconciliations, and invoice-to-purchase order matching
• Track KPIs and perform error corrections to ensure operational success
• Support the implementation of process improvements and digitization tools within Accounts Payable
• Coach and mentor team members to support their professional learning and development
• Participate in projects for the Accounts Payable Regional Center of Excellence Team
• Maintain and adhere to agreed-upon procedures and communicate effectively with global stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable
• Proven experience with account reconciliation
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a Shared Services or Regional Center of Excellence environment
• Knowledge of ERP systems
