Junior AML & Onboarding Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform risk and AML assessments to ensure smooth merchant onboarding
• Handle customer card applications professionally and effectively
• Conduct Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD) and other relevant AML tasks
• Manage administrative tasks according to business procedures
• Provide customer service and advice to various customer segments
• Participate in internal product meetings in Lithuanian and English

Requirements

• Fluent Lithuanian (minimum C1)
• Fluent English (B2)
• Experience handling customer applications and administrative tasks
• Analytical thinking skills with the ability to detect risks
• Basic computer literacy
• Result-oriented and self-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with payment products or card services
• Experience in KYC, AML, or Compliance
