Junior AML & Onboarding Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform risk and AML assessments to ensure smooth merchant onboarding
• Handle customer card applications professionally and effectively
• Conduct Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD) and other relevant AML tasks
• Ensure high-quality customer service for LAKA, Partner, and SME DK/NO segments
• Participate in internal product meetings in Swedish and English
• Solve administrative tasks according to business procedures
• Advise customers and explain complicated matters clearly

Requirements

• Fluent Swedish (minimum C1) and English (B2)
• Experience handling customer applications and administrative tasks
• Analytical thinking skills with the ability to detect risks
• Basic computer literacy
• Result-oriented, self-driven, and flexible attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with payment products or card services
• Experience in KYC, AML, or Compliance
