Junior AML & Onboarding Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform risk assessment, AML assessment, and ensure KYC compliance
• Control and handle Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD) and other relevant AML tasks
• Handle customer card applications in a professional and effective manner
• Participate in internal product meetings in Latvian and English
• Provide customer service and advice to various customer segments
• Solve administrative tasks according to business procedures

Requirements

• Fluent Latvian (minimum C1)
• Fluent English (B2)
• Experience handling customer applications and administrative tasks
• Analytical thinking skills with the ability to detect risks
• Basic computer literacy
• Result-oriented and self-driven personality

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with payment products or card services
• Previous experience in KYC, AML, or Compliance
