Junior AML & Onboarding Specialist

Responsibilities

• Take part in internal product meetings in Estonian and English
• Service handling customer card applications in a professional and effective way
• Solve administrative tasks according to business procedures
• Perform risk assessment, AML assessment, and ensure KYC compliance
• Control and handle Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD) and other relevant AML tasks
• Provide customer service and high-quality solutions for various customer segments
• Advise and service customers by explaining complicated matters clearly

Requirements

• Fluent Estonian (minimum C1)
• Fluent English (B2)
• Experience handling customer applications and administrative tasks
• Ability to think analytically and detect risks
• Basic computer handling skills
• Result-oriented and self-driven personality

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with payment products or card services
• Previous experience with KYC, AML, or Compliance
